Avila Auto Publisher ("the Tool") is a private automation tool built, owned, and operated solely by Aurelio Avila. It is used exclusively to schedule and publish video content to social media accounts that the operator personally owns.

Scope of use

The Tool is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any third party. It has no public users, no sign-up flow, and no accounts other than those directly owned and configured by its operator.

Acceptable use

The Tool is used only to publish content to accounts the operator owns, in compliance with the terms of service of each connected platform. It does not automate engagement (likes, follows, comments on other users' content) and does not access any account other than the operator's own.

No warranty

The Tool is provided as-is, for the operator's own internal use, without warranty of any kind.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the Tool is used.
